Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using hookd (“the Service”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use hookd to generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or that infringes the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and the outputs the Service generates for you. You grant hookd a limited license to process your inputs and outputs solely to operate and improve the Service.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the billing portal at any time. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Service availability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may modify or discontinue features at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, hookd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you in-product or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
